Kelly McGuffin, M.S, R.D. is a registered dietitian and a certified health coach with Medifast/Take Shape for Life with a bachelor degree in dietetics and a minor in public health/health assessment and promotion from James Madison University.
Kelly graduated Magna Cum Laude and went on to complete her dietetic internship from the University of Virginia. Kelly also received her master’s degree in nutrition from Central Michigan University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Kelly has a diverse background working in the hospital setting as well as the outpatient setting. Areas of practice include working with both the pediatric and adult population with obesity and a diverse range of medical conditions from celiac disease, diabetes, heart disease, eating disorders, kidney disease, pulmonary disease, substance abuse, and much more. Kelly is passionate with helping clients meet their nutritional needs and reaching their goals. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, being physically active and reading.
Molly Good, R.D. is a Registered Dietitian and Take Shape For Life Health Coach who provides support and counseling to clients participating in the Take Shape For Life program.
Molly has been a registered dietitian for more than 10 years. She completed her bachelor of science at James Madison University majoring in dietetics with a Spanish minor. She went on to complete her dietetic internship at the University of Virginia. In addition to coaching clients for Take Shape for Life, she works part-time at Georgetown University Hospital as a clinical dietitian in the Medical Intensive Care Unit, where she holds a specialty certification in nutrition support.
Molly especially enjoys educating the medical staff and her clients at Take Shape for Life about the importance of proper nutrition. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and their three young kids. She also enjoys playing soccer, going to the gym, and cheering on the Redskins.
Lindsey Thompson, M.S, R.D, LD/N is a registered and licensed dietitian and a certified health coach with Medifast / Take Shape for Life.
Lindsey holds a bachelor degree in dietetics and a minor in food service administration from Central Michigan University. She also completed her dietetic internship from Central Michigan University. In 2010 she received her master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from Central Michigan University. Lindsey’s clinical background is focused working with a diverse adult and pediatric population at a 1,200 bed teaching hospital.
Lindsey is excited about helping others achieve a healthy and happy lifestyle. In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, biking, running, and dancing.
